Her initial goal was not to see her running improve but to help with menopause, change body shape before her 50th birthday and build confidence lifting weights. Working on your business doesn't always mean working in the business.

In between clients today I got the pleasure of meeting and met with the lads at to see their new setup before their networking event tomorrow. I'm very fortunate to have a solid and supportive network around me and opportunites that mean I can have an afternoon off training so that I can continue the development and success of Ellavate Fitness 💛

It will forever be my favourite charity day Tim Cogley Foundation 🏌‍♀️ supporting an amazing cause and something that I was able to offer my clients and wider social community when they had Randox Health visit Ellavate Fitness and Training to screen over 100 people! This day is always so well organised by Jayne Dixon and its always lovely to see Frank and the family! Thanks for the beers Justine Mclaughlin, thanks for the pina coladas Phil Watson thanks for the chocolate and catch up Paul Thompson (so nice to meet Jack too) and Tom Atkinson Iain Colligan its always a pleasure! Even managed to fit in a visit to see my bestie Mike Skeggs Owen Drew 🤍

I was proud to be the best female golfer on the course 😅 until next year 🙌🏾
