We have quite a few swimmers receiving their GCSE results this week. Good luck to each and every one of you. No matter the results please remember how incredible, unique and wonderful you are and your future is bright whatever path you take. Keep being you 🥰

What a weekend at the Carmarthen Summer Sizzler!

25 Seals took to the water across 109 events, and the results speak for themselves.

26 of those swims were for swimmers looking to achieve thier first ever times in an event, almost a quarter of our entries, which shows just how many of our swimmers are stepping up into new races - great to see! 🙌

And of the swims where we already had a time on the board, more than half finished with a shiny new PB. 🎉

We featured strongly on the podium too: 10 gold, 8 silver and 15 bronze. That's 33 medals coming home with the club! That's almost 1/3rd of the events we'd entered!🥇🥈🥉

Huge congratulations to every single swimmer, and a big thank you to the coaches, officials and parents who made the day possible.

All of our coaches and officials are volunteers (mostly parents) who give up their time to make events like this possible for our swimmers. If you'd be willing to help, we'd love to hear from you, so please get in touch!
