Im Tom im a PT with a very definite idea of how to get things done . I enjoy working with clients ,and taking them to their goals , and lets be clear it isn't me telling people to do a few press ups and squats and taking their money . its a journey that me and the client go on together ,having that philosophy makes the whole experience far more rewarding , and enjoyable . that philosophy . I also hope to share with you Clients stories and perspectives ,plus a bit about my own training for triathlon . I will share a vision of how I think personal Training muscles building conditioning ,nutrition and fitness should be approached ,but I would also encourage others (especially those who are my clients) to also come forward and share their thoughts views and opinions .
