Pilates Foundation Training Ltd - Mat Pilates classes est 2011 & Clacton's 1st Reformer Pilates studio est 2024. Dance Foundation offers programs which are designed to develop dance students who are seeking a professional dance career, training to enter a university dance degree program, or simply desiring an enrichment and artistic enhancement of their existing academic training and discipline. C

hildrens classes now available from 2 years old in classical ballet, modern theatre, tap dance and jazz, as well as our BRAND NEW PBT (progressing ballet technique) enrichment classes. Adult classes in Mat based pilates.
