12 weeks ago I started my cut, the first I have actually ever done. Every year I would think about it and maybe start for the first week but would never really commit because at that point the discomfort of being stricter around food was too high in comparison to my goal. πŸ‘€πŸ‘€
This year, however, was different. I really wanted to go as far as I could with eating less and incresing my total activity. πŸ’ͺ
I went from eating whatever I wanted when I wanted without allowing my self to be aware of the cnsequences of such actions, to fixating a structure around my foods and finding ones that best fitted my day to day life, whilst being as on point with my macros as I could.
It was unbelieveably difficult, and until that poit even though I understood the barriers and problems that people would face whilst trying to lose weight I wasn’t able to empathise.
It has given me the ability to control my decisions and allowed me to experience what a healthier body feels like and even when I start gaining weight again, I don’t want to adopt previous habits, instead I would like to use what I have gained from this process and the foods I am eating and just scale these up, to allow for a better bulk overall.
Here are some photos of me a few years ago to just before I started, 4 weeks in and now.
All I can say is that If you are looking for any lifestyle change around food is you have to be consistent, put the effort in and be 100% honest with yourself.

Deadlift pb here for lowen x2

Getting 100kg has been a long journey but over the past 8 weeks she has put in so much work and training consistently hitting all of her numbers and today it was there but not only 100, she got 105 after!! πŸ’ͺ
