Pregnant or just had a baby? I’d love to meet you & have you join my warm & welcoming classes in south cerney (near Cirencester and Swindon).

I have 3 kids but my yoga business is like my OG first baby that I started over 10yrs ago. All things bump & baby quickly became my passion & then I had my own kiddos which fuelled the fire of passion even more.

Offering classes that you can attend from pregnancy, through to birth prep and then postpartum, so you can come back to this little bubble of calm through all stages of your motherhood journey.

We’re somehow now week 4 of the summer hols already! I feel super lucky to say it’s been a wonderful one so far for my clan. Lots of calm pockets amongst the chaos.

Classes have been super busy too ☺️. I’ve loved meeting new faces & saying hello again to familiar ones. I feel for all of you struggling with bumps & new babies in this heat 🥵. The barn has been a wonderfully cool and calm spaces for us all to enjoy in these summer months ☀️.

Thank you all for baring with me while I juggle my 3 smalls & work 🙏.
