A huge well done to all our beginners and intermediate students who graded today you were absolutely awesome. The effort, focus, and spirit you showed on the mats made us incredibly proud. A massive thank you as well to all the parents, families and friends who support our students week after week. Your encouragement makes a real difference and helps create the strong community we’re so proud of here at Forest Dojo.Today’s grading was amazing from start to finish — great energy, great attitudes, and great results.If you’ve got a child aged 6+ who wants to build confidence, fitness, and discipline in a friendly full‑time centre, we have availability. 🩹 LOOKING FOR FIRST AID TRAINING PROVIDERS – FOREST OF DEAN

Hi everyone,
I run Forest Dojo Sport Karate Centre and I’m looking to bring First Aid training into our centre for our instructors and senior students.

I’m trying to find out:

• Do any local First Aid trainers offer group sessions?
• What’s the minimum and maximum group size you take?
• Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
• What are your prices?
• Are you able to come to us? (We can provide the venue at our dojo.)

We’re looking for something reliable, professional and suitable for a martial arts environment — covering the usual bumps, scrapes and minor injuries, plus general first‑aid confidence.
