What an incredible grading day. Every single student stepped onto the mats with focus, determination and heart — and they absolutely smashed it. The standard today was outstanding, and you should all be incredibly proud of what you achieved.

Watching you push your limits, show your spirit, and support each other is exactly what makes Forest Dojo so special.

🎄 A Christmas Message from Sensei Wayne, Abbie, Jane & Jon

We would like to wish all our students, families, and friends a very happy Christmas.

Your support this year has been absolutely amazing. After a challenging year, it’s clearer than ever that the strong circle of good friends and loyal families is the foundation upon which Forest Dojo has been built.

We must also celebrate our wins. Our 10‑Year Anniversary Course and Grading saw an incredible 75% of the club in attendance, and we proudly welcomed our newly decorated Black Belts: Tyler, George, Lilly, and Julie — a fantastic achievement.

Our Awards Evening and End‑of‑Year Disco was an absolute blast , celebrations of everything our students have worked so hard for.

A huge shout‑out to our assistant instructors — Mads, Matty, Lily, Marny, Tyler, and Sara — for everything you do to support our classes. And of course, thank you to every student and every parent for your continued support and belief in what we do.

As we look ahead, the new year brings a fresh start. After watching Tyler earn Student of the Year with an outstanding performance, the question is… who will take the title next year.WILL THIS BE YOU ?

Enjoy your two weeks off for Christmas. Rest well, recharge, and get ready — because 2026 is our year to bring our best and better it.
