π Weβre Proud to Be a Mental Health Friendly Club.
At Fight Station, we believe martial arts is about far more than punches, kicks and belts.
It's about confidence.
It's about resilience.
It's about belonging.
Most importantly, it's about people.
From the moment someone walks through our doors, we want them to feel welcomed, accepted and supported. Whether they're a nervous child attending their first class, an adult looking to improve their fitness, or someone simply looking for a positive environment to be part of.
Our mission has always been bigger than kickboxing.
π€ To create a supportive community.
π€ To help people build confidence and self-belief.
π€ To provide a positive outlet for physical and mental well-being.
π€ To create a safe environment where people feel valued and respected.
π€ To remind people that they never have to face life's challenges alone.
We are incredibly proud to have been recognised as a Mental Health Friendly Club for 2026.
This recognition reflects the values we work hard to uphold every day through kindness, inclusion, understanding and community.
Mental health awareness is something that sits close to our hearts at Fight Station. Both Head Coach Adam and Marketing & Events Director Pip have experienced their own mental health challenges, and those experiences have helped shape the culture of our club.
We understand that sometimes people come to training carrying far more than a pair of gloves.
Over the years we've seen friendships formed, confidence rebuilt, anxiety reduced, lives changed and, in some cases, lives quite literally saved through the power of connection, support and community.
Alongside our martial arts programmes, we're proud to support initiatives such as our free Men's Release & Recharge events, our fundraising and awareness work with Tough To Talk, and the wider wellbeing work delivered through Elysian.
A huge thank you to every member, parent, coach and supporter who helps make Fight Station the community it is today.
Together, we're proving that strength isn't just about what you can do physically.
Sometimes, strength is asking for help.
Sometimes, strength is showing up.
And sometimes strength is simply knowing that you're not alone.
