Including this stealth makeover that will be on course (don't worry... The saddle has been changed to a black one!)... Enjoy yourselves!

Remember when you had your dream bike.... Then life took over... Then you got your priorities sorted and made time for the simple pleasures but the bike had settled itself into the corner of the retirement shed.... Well... Bring it to Torello's to resuscitate the hell out of it.... Here's a belter of a retro mountain bike that actually came back to life without much of a fight!!

True story... Today... I had a puncture.... But I didn't know until after the ride... Thank you sealant!!

Just a reminder that if you're riding tubeless tyres then the sealant inside often has a life expectancy of 3-6months!

If yours is a bit out of date then Torello can give your wheels and tyres a good clean up, put in fresh sealant, new valve cores..... and we'll even true your wheels up for Ā£25.

Vive le Tour... Highlights on channel 5 at 7pm apparently!!
