Well done All!

Well done to all karateka who competed in Saturday’s Kumite League. There were some very impressive performances across the divisions, as well as such incredible spirit show from every fighter! 💪🥳🔥

The North Lanarkshire Institute of Karate was established in 2021 by Sensei Paul Monigatti 3rd Dan. Our style of Karate is Shotokan with WKF competition rules. We provide tuition for all ages and abilities from 5+

May Student of the Month

Well done to Sophie Evans who has been awarded the student of the month for May.

During the month Sophie participated in her first ever kumite competition and performed amazingly.

March & April Student of the Month

A very well done to both Harper and Finley Readie-May who won March and April student of the month respectively.

Both girls train very hard both in class and with their practice outside of class.

Well done to all the NLIK students who were taking part in the GKA/NLIK kumite league today. Everyone did very well with lots to learn!
