We support the cause to stop bullying here in our 9 Round community. As our saying goes 💗

This coming Friday (19/03) to show our support, we are having our very own pink shirt day! Come dressed in as much pink as you can to support the cause 😁

There will be a spot prize for the best dressed 🥊💖😁

Hey team,

Wings for life is a running charity event coming up on may 7th at 11pm.

The money goes towards research for spinal cord injuries. It’s a huge event held in westhaven by redbull. There will be snacks and redbulls provided by the redbull team 😜.

What do you need to do?

- at exactly 11pm, everyone that is participating world wide will start the race.

- there is a chaser car that will follow after the first 30min.

- once this car catches up to you, you are out. For some people that will be at 3km and for others that will be at 15km.

- you don’t need to fundraise, your ticket is the donation ($36)

I will be participating and would love to get a bunch of 9rounders on board too!

Dear Valued Members of 9Round Albany,

We hope you're doing well and enjoying your workouts with us.

Starting April 11th, we will no longer be offering our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday lunch sessions due to low uptake.
Rest assured that nothing else changes, and you will continue to get your daily fix in the morning and afternoon sessions on those days.

We will still offer Monday and Friday sessions, with Monday under review, and Friday having a good uptake. We're always monitoring and adjusting our schedule to meet your needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly via email at [email protected]. We're happy to discuss individual needs and find solutions that work for you.

The man, the myth, the Legend!!

Huge congrats to Jason he has been a champion at 9Round for the last couple years smashing out consistently his monthly .myzone MEPs.

1300MEPs per month for 2 years, not missing a way to become a Platinum member!!

Not only that he was part of the Orewa 2022 - Ultimate 10km men’s team that placed 3rd.

He’s an inspiration to us all, and we appreciate being a part of his health and fitness journey!
