Informative talk on how to encorporate mindfulness into our every day and mindful eating activity. Basic breath work too.
🌱 Luna Birth Care
A birth doula giving an informative talk about all things pre and post natal
🌱 Dominique V. Flook
A taster belly dancing class that will have a very earthy, witchy vibe. It will run for a maximum of 20 minutes and be an intimate, low impact session. Perfect for beginners and those who want to give it a try.
🌱 Angharad Iris
Wool and fibre magick demo and how we can weave it into our everyday lives. Historical references of spinning and fibre work and how it relates to community and sisterhood.

Demonstration of the amazing callisthenics exercise that uses a person's body weight and requires little to no equipment

A wonderful Ceramic leaf hanger workshop
🌱 There will also be a few more talks/demos but I couldn’t fit them on the poster 😂😂😂
