Zumba at Gillies Mar-Jan Classes every week Tuesday 7.15-8.00pm - £3.50 per session! Classes held in Chorley town centre 😄 Its fun, its fitness! Try it and see!

Zumba is a fun, energetic fitness class for all ages and abilities. The class incorporates a number of tracks set to different rhythms designed to provide an effective cardio workout that is actually fun! We dance to a wide range of music from current chart hits to Zumba original tracks.

Actually footage of me at the end of class tonight but my god it was a BANGER! Great vibes, great atmosphere, lovely company and some new faces which is always fantastic to see. Might not be able to walk tomorrow but the highs were totally worth it! Well done class! 👏👏👏. If you fancy trying a class then what are you waiting for?
