🌟 Our Beginner Coach, Aimee! 🌟

A member at Appley Bridge for 12 years, Aimee brings a dedicated spirit and a wealth of multi-discipline experience to our gym family.

With a strong dual background in both gymnastics and trampolining, Aimee has an impressive competition record. She has successfully completed all Regional Gymnastics Grades (6-1) in age, represented the NW team at Regional Finals for Trampolining, and even placed 6th in the UK ! 🤸✨

BRIDGE AND BOUNCE- OPEN PLAY

Bridge & Bounce is our parent-led, drop-in open play session designed specifically for under-5s. No rigid routines or forced activities. Just a safe, equipment-filled gym where you and your little one can explore together at your own pace.

You guide their play, while having the space to breathe, relax, and chat with other local parents.

Off-day? Running late? No problem at all, there’s no booking required. Decide on the day and just turn up when you’re ready!

🗓️ Thursdays 9:30–10:15am | £5 per child

Having progressed all the way from our pre-school classes to the elite pathway right here at Appley Bridge, Amber brings an incredible amount of first-hand experience and passion to our gym family.

Whether she's drawing on her background as a 3rd place National Medalist at the prestigious Challenge Cup or representing the North West team at National Finals, Amber is uniquely positioned to guide our rising stars and nurture young talent 🤸✨

The end-of-year timetable for internal events here at Appley Bridge Gymnastics Club is finally out!

📋 SPONSORED ROLL
Our members are completing 300 rolls throughout August to earn prizes and certificates.

🛝 OPEN PLAY (Open to members and non-members)
Come down to our final week of Open Play! It's a great chance to have fun with friends and try new skills without the structure of a regular session.

📸 PHOTOSHOOT x Velocity Pro Sport
Members who have purchased ANY items from our new club kit or leotards are invited to our photoshoot to get professional photos taken! (No entry fee required)

👻 SPOOKTACULAR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
Our in-house club championships take place on October 18th. This event is open to ALL MEMBERS, from beginners to squads.

🎄CHRISTMAS DISPLAY
Our three-day Christmas showcase highlights the amazing skills our squad gymnasts (Intermediate to 4P) have been working on all year! Expect new leotards, exciting costumes, and the announcement of Gymnast of the Year!
