I joined DLS fitness after I had a thyroidectomy following a thyroid cancer diagnosis. After my operation I had gained weight and felt very low. From day one Donna took the time to learn about me and how my diagnosis effects my day to day life. By doing this she was able to personalise plans to suit my needs and goals. Not only has she helped me physically but she has supported me every step of the way through my health journey. DLS has become a home away from home and the community within the gym is like no other. You wouldn't be able to find a more supportive, funny and caring group of women if you tried.
