A fun and productive day at Coniston today.
Bob, Catherine, Graham and Mike completed the ADP course in preparation for Scapa Flow next month, Ben became an ADP Instructor, Tom D & Stu completed Sports Diver depth progression to 30m and Paul practiced with his new twinset. Anton, Maria, Peter & Tom B instructed / led dives.
The ice cream van that stopped at Bailiff Wood twice during surface intervals was an added bonus 🍦
