When the photo on the left pops up on your memories 🤯

After 3 months of not being able to eat or train the photo on the left is the result.

730 days between photos

730 days since the doc said your good to go.

730 days since I looked in the mirror and said “f this sh*t” I had lost 2.5 stone not being able to eat or train………. so I decided I was a going to put on 4 !! 😂
I wanted arms like popeye and the strength of a gorilla 🤣🤣the goals were set and until this came up on my memories I never looked back…..

730 days since I said bye bye to that guy on the left. 👋🏾

A day late for National mental health day, but we should be made aware of it every single day. I have said it before and I will say again, the gym is a great healer…… but I must warn you !! You may gain confidence,motivation and the body you have always desired.

I have just walked the walk, mental health tried it with me….…I woke up one day and ripped its head head clean off !! Sinabit 👋🏾
I want to help others do the same !
