These sessions are designed to support confidence, technique and water skills, but do not replace regular lessons or move swimmers through stages, but can help you move stages with focusing on one thing.

A week of mixed emotions for these girls as they said goodbye to coaches Eddie and Emily — but what a way to do it 💪⚽️

In Baltic conditions against Trawden, facing a big and physical boys’ team, the girls were outstanding from start to finish.

🛡 Rock-solid defending, limiting the opposition to just a couple of long-range efforts.
⚡️ Relentless energy and pressing, creating chance after chance.
🎯 3 goals scored, and on another day it could’ve been even more after hitting the woodwork 5–6 times!

An all-round performance full of heart, effort and quality.

👏 Well done girls — keep working hard under your new coaches and there are definitely good things ahead for this group.

🙏 Huge thanks to Eddie and Emily for everything they’ve done with this team. We wish them the best as they move on to take charge of one of our U14s squads.
