Your Myzone model calibrates to your maximum heart rate or MHR and then tracks effort as a percentage of that number.

During workouts, you’ll end up in one of five zones based on your intensity. When your effort is 50 to 59% of your MHR, you’re in the grey zone. Great for warmup and cooldowns. You can start and end your workouts here.

🔵 60 to 69% - The blue zone is ideal for building a fitness space, cooling down recovery workouts or long-duration exercise.
💚 70 to 79% - The Green Zone is great for burning fat and recovering during high-intensity interval and tempo training.
⭐️ 80 to 89% - Expect to hit the yellow zone during high-intensity workouts like interval training. This is where you shred calories and achieve afterburn.
🔴 90 to 99% - Used for threshold training and HIIT workouts. Red is the highest intensity zone. You may find you can stay in the first half of the zone easier than when you hit 95% and above.

Building a new habit takes 21 days. Have you heard that before?

While that might not be a hard and fast rule, it’s a good guide when trying to pick up new habits or improve your wellbeing. Small, consistent changes over time can significantly improve your health.
