15 of us set off from Astley Park on a 30 miler to aid the burning off of the Christmas indulgences. A few of us found a couple of the little climbs a little harder than normal (me) but the 1463 feet definitely kept us warm. Weather stayed dry and with the lack of wind it was a perfect spin out. One puncture (me again) and a stop at the velo cafe for a natter and nibbles. Thanks to everyone who joined us today. Apologies for the lack of photos I was too busy enjoying myself.

What a Day !!, 10 of us set off early from Chorley for the BSB's Chorley 100mile ride. A long day in the saddle, hot and sticky and a strong headwind in parts. Plenty of water consumed and numerous stops for re-fuelling. The Bridge Farm Cafe in Rainford was going to be our first pit stop, however, it is definitely now on the BSB blacklist as they wouldn't serve us, even though plenty of tables, so 6miles further and a stop at Greg's/ mcdonalds was welcomed. Everyone was happy to see the cars at the end...A Grand Day out.

Great Turnout for our ride from Bilsborrow to Lytham today, and the cafe stop at APEX. 14 riders today, split into 2 groups. Great to see Stephen and Terry. Food and service at APEX was first class.

Great Ride out for the 7 of us today on a slightly amended route and start point. A Hilly first half to Rainford and the cafe stop, and a flatish second half. 57miles covered in Total.

When reading manufacturer instructions on how to mount cycle carriers to their vehicles the part about registration plates/lights being visible is also read.

This driver on near Garstang was stopped and issued a fixed penalty for registration plate being obscured
