A little trip to Merrist wood yesterday for the first show of the year!

Ella started the day loading well, disgraced herself in the warm up with a lot of leaping and bucking, and then redeemed herself in the test and loading to come home!

A few lost marks due to one of our circles becoming a little pirouette like, but I’m so pleased with her given she hasn’t been out since September 🖤

Another 1st place and a score of 66.67% in her first ever novice.

I cannot fault this mare in any way, she never fails to amaze me how she takes every new bit of training, venue and experience completely in her stride.

Only her second outing and behaved impeccably yet again.
