It lets you book up to a month in advance so get as many as you can booked to avoid losing the times you prefer 😊

You will notice it won't let you book between 16th-26th July, this is because I'm on holiday β˜€οΈ

and smashing their weekly PT session this afternoon πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Lelly and V both have goals to get stronger and increase muscle so we work on different muscle groups with medium to heavy weights and use bodyweight like we did today!

Every week they push each other to get to the end of their sets which is great to have some friendly competition to motivate them to go further. Keep it up girls! πŸ’•

I needed a big dinner tonight but to stay in my calorie deficit. So most the calories come from this bacon and camembert tart from Morrisons, it was divine 😍😍 then a big salad with red devil sauce from The Harvester (my fav!!)
