Dear Members,
Over the next week, we will be transitioning to a new front of house membership management system that will slightly alter our check-in and booking procedures.
Check-in Procedure
To ensure a smooth process and maintain security, it will be mandatory for all members to present their physical membership card for scanning in order to gain access to the facilities.
As the new system will no longer include the previous fast name search function, you will not be able to bypass reception without your card. Should you attempt to pass reception without scanning your card, you will be asked to return and check in correctly. This is particularly important during peak times, such as first thing in the morning or just before class sessions.
As this procedure is a critical component of our health and safety protocols, any member attempting to access the facilities without presenting their membership card more than once will receive a formal warning.
During this transitional period, we will be issuing new membership cards to all members, which will also require us to take a new photo, so please enquire at reception if you have not yet received one.
New Class Booking System
Along with the new signing in process, we will have a new portal for online class booking. To set up access to this, please follow the link below:

The time you can book from has also altered slightly, so once the system has switched over, you will now be able to book your class from midnight the day before.
The existing class booking system will remain in place for classes taking place up to and including Tuesday 11th February. Classes for Wednesday 12th February onwards will need to be booked via the new portal or the club desk.
As mentioned, going forward it is essential that you sign in at reception before your class in order for you to be mark as ‘attended’. Failure to do so will mark you down as a ‘no show’ which will get logged on your profile and affect your ability to book online in the future.
