So proud of how far the team have come in the last 6 months, a year a go we didn't even know if we could continue with greenpower after the school stopped running it.

There has been a lot of change, 2 teams becoming 1, learning each other's cars and working together in the new team.

We managed to race at Castle Combe and Dunsfold where we placed 2nd with one of the cars and secured our place in the final and then getting accepted for a wild card entry for our 2nd car.

Yesterday was a great end to what has been a very challenging season we got to race in the Final at Goodwood. We have persevered, continued to work hard and now can see a great future for the team and as a bonus will have lower numbers on both cars.

Time for a complete rebrand to get us looking like 1 team and to work on developing the cars for next season.

What an amazing day's racing.

Race 1 the cars finished 1st and 11th in class

Race 2 was very wet and windy, we had a technical problem with 1 car which unfortunately ment we had to retire it and then the live timings went down so we dont know the final position for the other car but we think it was 3rd.

Overall we came 2nd in class and got a well deserved podium place 🏆

An early start but we are here, scrutineering all passed and the team and both cars are ready to race 🏁🏎

Following the closure of Greenpower in our school we have taken the opportunity to join 2 teams together and run as a new team, The Charging Pods.

Today was our 1st Race of the season at our home track Castle Combe with our new team, we had a great day with plenty of teamwork and racing.

Race 1 results were 2nd and 16th in class.

Race 2 results, 1 DNF due to battery connector issues and the other was 12th in class.

So good to be back doing what we love.

We're a bit late posting this. We raced on Sunday in Greenpower at RMB Chivenor, a new venue. The team did amazingly, placing second in F24, despite lots of electrical issues in the car power control circuitry during practice and the earlier races, and one mechanical problem. All got fixed on the day, resilience and determination got us through!

Great start to the season boys!

F24 race 1 - 8th place
F24 race 2 - 5th place
F24+ round 1 - 4th place

Car and drivers performed well.

Goodwood Heat next weekend. Bring it on!
