Alex is a local bloke who loves his football and staying active.
But like a lot of people, shift work and injuries kept knocking him off track.

Fast forward to now…
He’s leaner. Stronger. Injury-free. And back building towards football again 💪

What changed?

Not some extreme plan.
Just structure that worked around real life.

Early on, Alex picked up a nasty injury during a match. Most people would’ve stopped completely. Instead, we adapted the plan, trained around it, and kept momentum moving forward.

And with shift work in the Emergency Services, food was always a challenge. So instead of overcomplicating it, we focused on simple meal prep and making good choices easier on busy days.

Now?

✅ Back training pain-free
✅ Feeling fitter and more confident
✅ Getting in great shape for his wedding this year

Sam was told to expect deterioration.

To slow down. To accept that things would get harder. To stop doing certain things.

Sam has MS.

And for a while, that advice shaped how she lived.

She trains with us now.

She's getting stronger. She's using less help to move around. She's having fewer falls.

After each session, she goes on with her day with more confidence than she had when she arrived.

Nobody told her this was possible.

The medical system, understandably, prepares people for decline.

It doesn't always tell them what structured, well-coached movement can do alongside that.

Sam found out.

I want to be clear. We're not claiming to treat MS. We're not a medical service.

What we are is a coaching environment that takes where you are seriously.
That builds programmes around real lives, real limitations and real goals.

That doesn't write people off.

Sam didn't stop because of her diagnosis. She adapted. She worked. She got stronger.

Work got busy. Family came first. Fitness quietly disappeared.

Nick's a family man. Classic story. He didn't make a decision to stop looking after himself. Life just filled in the gaps.

A few years later and the aches were constant, the energy was gone, and the body he had in his 30s felt like a different person's.

He's been training with us for a few months now.

He's stronger. He's moving better. The mobility work we've built into his sessions is doing what years of ignoring the problem couldn't.

The aches and pains that had become background noise in his daily life? They're going.

He didn't need a dramatic overhaul.

He didn't need to train every day or eat like an athlete.

He needed a structured programme, proper coaching and somewhere that held him accountable.

That's it.

Most blokes his age think they've just got to live with feeling like this.

They haven't. They've just never had the right support.

She's the ultimate Nanna.

2 granddaughters. Years of health struggles behind her. Amanda didn't arrive at T5 full of confidence.

She arrived with a history. Years of her body not cooperating. Years of fitting everything else in before herself.

She trains with us now on cold weekday evenings.

She doesn't skip them.
She looks forward to them.

That's the bit that surprises people when I tell them. Not the strength gains. Not the energy levels.
The fact that someone who had every reason to stay on the sofa has made training one of the best parts of her week.

Here's what actually changed.

She got stronger. Her energy came back. And she stopped seeing training as something she had to drag herself to and started seeing it as something that was genuinely hers.

That shift doesn't come from willpower.
It comes from being in an environment that actually supports you.
From coaching that meets you where you are.
From a programme built around your life, not someone else's.

Amanda's not unusual. She's what happens when someone finally gets the right set-up.
