Looking to build your lats?
Pull ups/ pull downs for developing the back, primarily targeting the lats for width, along with the rhomboids, traps and rear delts 💪🏻
Wide Grip: Best for outer lat width.
Close Grip: Hits the lower and inner lats more.
Here I am at full extension (the most range of motion before tension is fully relaxed) you can also reduce the range slightly and keep the muscles under more tension for more of a pump and if the weight is increased your strength in that range may be easier to manage.
