((BOUNCE)) is our original one-hour class. Featuring 45 minutes of dance-choreographed routines (think cracking tunes to get your heart rate up) on mini-trampolines, followed by 15 minutes of muscle strength and endurance work.
Sessions are tailored to all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities, meaning that you can take it at your own pace. There are a tonne of benefits you get from a ((BOUNCE)) class. Curious? READ ON!
CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS
The simple effort of jumping means oxygen is pumped around the body more efficiently. This lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, and decreases the risk of coronary heart disease - strengthening the heart, lungs, and respiratory system.
HIGH INTENSITY
With each ((BOUNCE)), you'll activate over 400 muscles in your body. Exercising on a trampoline is also three times more effective than floor-based exercise, making it the ultimate way to get fit.
DETOXIFYING
Continuous jumping drains the body's lymphatic system of toxins, including dead cells. Pumping this system can flush fatty and cancerous deposits from laying dormant in the muscles and blood stream.
LOW IMPACT
The trampoline absorbs 87% of the impact - meaning it's perfect for people with joint issues such as bad knees or weak ankles. It's also suitable for people recovering from injury.
IMPROVED COORDINATION
With each ((BOUNCE)), you'll develop multiple skills: jumping, balancing, and agility, while maintaining the body's core position and anticipating the next move. Rebounding is linked to improving balance and coordination by up to 70% after only six sessions.
STRENGTHENS BONES
Jumping on a trampoline encourages the formation of osteoblasts - cells which form bone tissue - and can stimulate bone growth by 25%. This helps to restore bone density and assists in the prevention of osteoporosis as we get older.
MUSCLE STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
Our classes finish with a section focusing on building muscle strength for specific muscle groups, including abdominals, glutes and deltoids.
