Loved being part of yesterday’s panel in the FQ lounge for
Topic of Conversation: From Passion to Powerhouse: Women Shaping What’s Next….

Sitting alongside and who are not only successful, but intentional, reminds me that the most powerful thing we can be is ourselves.

We spoke about turning creativity into something meaningful, redefining success through authenticity, impact, and community.

Back in 2018 when I joined , I really had said ‘yes’ to something I thought would align with who I wanted to become and I’ve always felt very proud of that, and the evolvement of my brand ever since. I’ve learned that purpose and power can coexist, vulnerability and life experience can create an unstoppable drive, and a successful brand will always come from a personal place.

I really get such a kick out of women coming together and having empowering conversations to build each other up, and appreciate everyone who showed up to listen.

One question on the panel I loved and would love for you to answer/ think about: What was the moment you knew your creativity could be more than a passion and become something powerful? 🫶🏼

Slowness, connection, nature and presence - the vibe of our Kent Coast staycation this week. Beach walks, reading, marathon watching of our favourite shows (Mobland has us HOOKED), watching Jags have THE BEST TIME EVER and some gorgeous local food (obviously along with pizza nights in our cabin). Early nights, and early mornings. No pressure, no plans, just ‘being’ for a few days.
Peak of the trip?! The surprise encounter with a seal who came to say hi. Took me and a minute to figure out why the dog that just appeared in the water was SO wet before realising what it was 😂🤦🏼‍♀️.

Anyway, we’re still healing over here from a busy/hard few years and although we’re in a beautiful place right now and life looks healthy and happy, trips like this are so special for the soul. It’s always good to remember there’s no time limit on rebuilding yourself and to keep making that a priority. Your journey is your journey, maybe rushing isn’t where it’s at for you right now ❤️

Still not over the dress 🤍

I first stepped into back in 2021 for my engagement party dress (still obsessed with it, forever will be!), and from that moment, I knew Kate and her team were super special, unique AND fun.

For our legal wedding last May, I wanted something timeless, fun, and comfy — a dress that felt perfect for a London celebration, but still brought the ‘wow’. My bow was 100% my WOW!

Fun little detail: I actually wore the same bow for my engagement party, and for the wedding it became my ‘something blue’ with our wedding date beautifully embroidered at the tip 💙 The most gorgeous touch from the amazing Halfpenny team 🥰

The alterations were flawless, I could move with ease, and those frill sleeves made me feel so feminine. I just love a big veil too. I wanted chic, but nothing wrong with a bit of ‘more is more’ too 😂

Loved every single inch of this dress… so much so that the bow is now framed in our home. 💫

I didn’t share too much on my dresses at the time, but for any brides-to-be, definitely try x

Always fab to be back at , where we got married last May, making every visit EXTRA special! ✨

Monday night was all about longevity, performance, and biohacking at ‘Biohack or Burst’ an inspiring event featuring insights from , and hosted by the brilliant . From cutting-edge wellness strategies to practical health hacks, it was a fascinating deep dive into optimizing our bodies and minds.

The main takeaway for me was a reiteration of how important the basics are - moving your body, sleep, and diet. It’s about adding in daily practices to boost our overall health, performance and longevity. My focus is definitely on optimising my body and mind. Our body is our home, let’s make it the best place possible to live.

What daily ‘hacks’ do you swear by for better energy and health?

Easy tip from me: HYDRATION HACK - start the day with water and electrolytes. Game changer!
