Final Tables:

7pm League. 3 sides tied for first place having the same set difference as well as points. They are Cape Town, Nomads and Ennis Twins.
8pm League. Nomads finished first edging out Cape Town on set difference. 2CC were third.
After the last game the players and followers had some nibbles whilst the presentation took place.

Andy was incredibly passionate about Bowls. He was a keen member of our indoor club for over 8 years, having joined us when Christy Miller, Melksham closed.
As one of our strongest competitive players, Andy regularly played in EIBA National competitions, where he reached the finals in the Over 60 Men's Singles in 23/24, the Wessex League and on the Open Singles Circuit.
Andy will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His encouragement and support to all bowlers was always welcome and he was always prepared to mentor those who wished to improve their game.
In honour of Andy, we are hoping to raise funds to set up an annual invitational indoor bowls tournament in his name, and also install a bench or chair with a memorial plaque.

On Tuesday 14th and Sunday 19th July our bowls club North Wilts (plus guests) had the pleasure of hosting the Falkland Islands Commonwealth Bowls team for two days of singles and pairs competitions.
A couple of wonderful days with some excellent bowls played and friendships made.

We wish them all the best as they head off to Glasgow.
