‼️The Legend Is Back on The Bank!!!!!…..BOOM!!!…..‼️

A massive congratulations to Ross, who fished out of The Main Lodge with his pal, on breaking his p.b. with the ‘Legend Of The Mead’, SPLIT DORSAL💪.

She looks even bigger than she did last time she was caught, but she went 42lb+ again.

Split Dorsal is a proper iconic carp, here at The Mead, and it is truly a pleasure to see her make a few anglers dreams come true.
She is an awesome sight, pictures never do her justice. Seeing her in the flesh, on the bank, is a sight to behold….

‼️Another Stockie Feeding Hard💪…..‼️

First time on The Mead for Lee, who’s fishing out of Sadies Lodge with his partner, and he’s landed one of our superb linear, home bred stunners.

Weighing in at 18lb+ and looking in stunning condition, it won’t be long before this cracker is up there and hopefully, swimming alongside The Mead’s ‘A Team’ residents.

‘The Mighty Mead’ produces once again…..

A huge congratulations to Charley, who’s fishing out of Cedars Lodge with his partner, on bagging himself a new p.b. from ‘The Mighty Mead’.

This linear is a known fish and tipped the scales at over 35lb+. It’s definitely getting back up there and, who knows, could reach high 30’s before the year is out💪.

As Charley said to me, “Not The Best Photo”, but we know the carp, we know it’s a good mid 30+ this time of year and it really is a superb looking mirror.

Kev, who fished out of Cedar’s Lodge with his family, finished off his break with one of our stunning, fully scaled Mirrors.

Always nice to see them on the bank, this pristine mirror tipped the scales at over 24lb.

‼️Another Lovely Stockie…..‼️

Following on from his new p.b. here at The Mead, Jon, who fished out of Willows Lodge with his partner, went on to land another one of our superb stockies.

Absolutely pristine, this beauty tipped the scales at over 14lb.

The potential is there and the way our stockies are feeding I reckon the next few years will see them hit the magical 30lb+ mark, easily.

‼️Not A Bad Finish…..‼️

Following on from his new p.b. of 37lb+, Jacob, who fished out of Sadies Lodge with his partner, had a superb finish to his session, here on The Mead.

Jacob landed one of our home bred stockies, which went over 16lb, but the icing on the cake was one of our pristine Commons.

This, absolute stunner, weighed in at 31lb 10oz, earning Jacob a superb brace of 30’s for his time here.

Great angling skills Jacob, well done mate👌👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️😁👍

Autumn is kicking in fast and we’re already approaching 100 x 30lb+ Carp landed this season…..What an achievement😊.

Here’s Keith, who’s fishing out of Oak Lodge, and he’s landed himself a Mead Banger.

Looking in superb condition, nice and plump, this cracking Mirror tipped the scales at 32lb 8oz. Defo in Autumn Feeding Mode.

‼️Our Stockies Have An Appetite ….‼️

First time on The Mead for Scott, who fished out of Oak Lodge with his friend and children, and he landed one of our stockie commons.

After losing a couple of good fish, Scott landed one of our pristine Commons which tipped the scales to over 19lb+.

The Mead Carp are definitely switching on to their Autumn feeding time, what a great time of the year to be on The Mead….
