Motiv8 Sports Massage is 7! It is unreal to me that Motiv8 has been going for 7 years, iv built from a couple of evening appointments a week to a totally full diary week in week out. I am so incredibly grateful to all my amazing clients for trusting me with their recovery, rehab and general life maintenance! Iv shared some amazing journeys with all of you, from pregnancy to babies, from injury to competing again, from general life dramas to happiness...its such a privilege to be a part of your lives 💜 i still have clients from 7 years ago and that is my biggest flex!
And now Motiv8 Boxing has developed and is growing by the day 🥊❤️

Huge good luck to the awesome today at The Golden Girls Box cup. A straight final, fighting for Gold against Holland 🇳🇱. Abbie is a Motiv8 Sports Sponsored boxer. I have been lucky enough to help with keeping her injury free, plus being her sparring partner (ouch for me!) And to be here with her as coach and cornerman. LETS GO ABBIE!!!

6 YEARS!! Motiv8 started 6 years ago, mobile sports massage and from my home. It grew busier and quicker than I could ever have hoped and now here we are- full time Sports massage and personal training in our own unit! Motiv8 has also expanded to a boxing club, which wasn't my intention but I am over the moon with how it's all happened.

Thank you for all my wonderful clients who trust me with their injuries, their stories and their time!
