6 YEARS!! Motiv8 started 6 years ago, mobile sports massage and from my home. It grew busier and quicker than I could ever have hoped and now here we are- full time Sports massage and personal training in our own unit! Motiv8 has also expanded to a boxing club, which wasn't my intention but I am over the moon with how it's all happened.

Thank you for all my wonderful clients who trust me with their injuries, their stories and their time!

Iv been asked alot about doing classes so here it is! Starting 3rd Feb, every Monday at 7pm for an hour
A boxing class, although this will be suitable to all abilities...it is not a box fit class🤪🥊 Think skills, boxing related cardio and good old punching!
It will run as a block of 4 sessions for £50, payable at the start of the block. There is a maximum of 8 spaces and it will be a first come situ so get involved ASAP!
I will put on more classes if this one goes well! 😁
I'm also keen to run a sparring session on Monday at 8pm...more info to follow!

"Join me for a one hour pre-Christmas restorative Iyengar yoga workshop to settle and prepare you for festive season.
All necessary equipment will be provided to help you find a sense of quietness at a busy time of year"
