There are many different factors as to what helps you on your way to success. 2 that we strongly believe in are EFFORT and SUPPORT.

We have had the pleasure in watching the EFFORT that has put in these past few years to achieve his dream. So far, UK’s Strongest and now Wales Strongest this man keeps getting stronger and stronger.

However the SUPPORT he receives from friends and family alike is a beautiful humbling thing to be part of and second to nothing I have ever seen.

A structure is nothing without its foundations, get them right and there is no limit to how tall you can build
