This is a great way to experience some of the internal workings of WOMAD with a friendly team that return year on year. And you’ll also have plenty of time off to enjoy the festival ❤️

🌿 Iyengar yoga workshop with Lydia Holmes & Edgar Stringer🌿

Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th April 2026

Edgar and Lydia are both Level 3 Senior Teachers from Wiltshire. We all really enjoyed their weekend in March 2025 and we are thrilled that they are returning to Essex again this year.

We would love you to join us for an informative and challenging weekend of yoga. The weekend is open to all general and intermediate level practitioners. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Class times:
Saturday: 11:00–14:00 & 15:00–16:30
Sunday: 09:00–12:00 & 13:00–14:30
(There will be an hour break for lunch; light snacks and drinks will be provided.) 🍎☕

Fees:
💷 Weekend: £110
💷 Single day: £65
