What a month it’s been! ❄️From 2 inches of snow to storm Bert briefly halting play, but the course has still received fantastic feedback.

We also welcomed Oli, our new Food & Beverage Manager, who’s been busy creating a warm and welcoming space for members and guests to relax 🍽️🍻🍷

This week, we’re proud to join in Sustainable Golf Week by the GEO Foundation for Sustainable Golf, celebrating how golf serves, supports, and strengthens communities—a mission close to our hearts here at The Manor House. 🌍💚

From staff volunteering with local charities to raising funds for our Captain’s charity of choice, Wiltshire Air Ambulance, we’re committed to giving back. This year, we’re also making strides to grow the game with initiatives like our recent Women in Golf open day, held in collaboration with adidas Golf and led by our ambassador Lauren Prince. The day was a fantastic success, encouraging women to try golf and helping make the sport more inclusive.

We’re excited to continue building sustainable, community-centered golf here at The Manor House.

After another exceptionally wet month, Rob and the team have had their work cut out preparing the course for members and guests. The feedback however has stayed very positive! Leaves are now really on the turn and are dropping in their droves. The next few weeks will all be about the big tidy up before we get stuck into some exciting Winter projects.

We have some new faces in our bar team - a warm welcome to them all! We also say hello to our new draught zero % beer - Clear Head. Swing by and try it sometime.
