Have you been putting something off with your health or fitness? π
I went lane swimming for the first time in about 5 years today and it's something I've been meaning to go back to for about 2 years but theres always been some reason or excuse to not go. But today I went and it felt great! ππ»ββοΈ
My point is there is always going to be a reason or excuse for you to not do something. "It's the weekend" or "I'm too busy" or "I'm anxious and don't know what to expect".
Take this as your bank holiday push to go do that thing you're putting off! Go swimming, book the court and play tennis, join that gym (p.s come to Prime Fitness we're great π) 9 times out of 10 you'll love it and wonder why you ever waited!!
