As your body changes throughout pregnancy, Pilates can help you move with more confidence, strength and comfort.

Starting this June, I’ll be hosting a free outdoor Pilates session once a month in Bath this summer.

Expect mindful movement, fresh air, good energy and classes that are open to everyone
