Weekly update 🪶

Bit of a mis match week with training, same again next week but hopefully get some more bits done.

Away on a work trip and gym going through a refurb so not much chance of strength training. not one to complain though, rather than seeing problems id rather look for solutions! so lots of running planned and improving on muscle ups. may have to dust off the home gym.

Mon - 9 Miles (15KM)
Tues - Muscle up practice
Wed - 6 Miles (10KM)
Thurs - X
Fri - Muscle up practice
Sat - 3 Miles (5 KM)
Sun - X

Mashup of what i’ve been up to this last week

✨ You may have noticed that most of my fitness stories have been coming in the evening, this is due to an increase in earlier work starts so switching to training in the evenings.
✨To be fair once i got over having to motivate myself at the end of the day, i actually found that im performing better and feel alot stronger.
✨started running again after 2 weeks off, not my greatest effort but slowly slowly, back feels like its on the mend- baby steps
✨Only went and won the underarmour performance bundle competition! well chuffed with it, i never win anything 🤑
✨Love that the nights are starting to drawer out, really going to help with the motivation on the evening workouts.
✨Getting more involved in the family business aswell, was actually called the candle king this week 😂
✨Finished the week strong with a solid roast, been eating well lately, energy in v energy out, its not all hard work and no play, enjoyed a few treats too. balance is everything

Week in review🪶

Gain train still going strong, was supposed to be a deload week on the app, but as i joined a little late in the block i decided to stay full throttle. Loads constantly increasing and bodyweight following suit. Managing to be consistent with my running aswell- happy days!

Training in a nutshell: 👇🏻

Mon: Legs + zone 3 45min bike

Tues: Upper body

Wed: 5k running

Thurs: Upper + Lowerbody + abs

Fri: Rest day

Sat: Arms + core + 50min slow run bpm below 150.

Sun: Walk
