If you want to see the changes that can be made in 4 weeks look no further, on the left 10.5weeks out from show on the right yesterday 6.5weeks out.

Calories a day on the left was about 2800-3000

Calories a day currently 2100-2500

Yes we are having refeeds ( Cheat days ) but only when the coach gives the go ahead. We are still having 200g carbs a day on training days we are never having less than 130g carbs on rest days.

Im still enjoying meals I like im not eating rabbit food or plain chicken and rice.

Its calories in over calories out, however there is a fine line. If you drop calories too much you will loose weight in the wrong way missing or substituting meals for stuff like juice plus drinks. Diet hotchocolate s**t anything of the sort will not give you long lasting sustainable results.

Cardio 150mins a week minimum
And a small calorie deficit of about 200cals a day will be enough to diet down.

Im doing the extreme end of dieting for a show.
