FLexercise Bath & Chippenham Sue is a qualified FLexercise teacher. www.fl-exercise.com Qualified Fitness to Music teacher, and FLexercise teacher.

She has a background in Pilates, teaching fitness to adults of all ages and abilities and has passed extra modules in exercising for people with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. Further qualifications in Exercise for Arthritis and Osteoporosis.

This wonderful photo, from 1973, of Prunella and teachers at a refresher course held in Largs, was shared by Pam Scott-Watson.

Having qualified as a League teacher back in 1957, it’s not surprising that Pam has an impressive collection of photos. Pam is still teaching for FLexercise, still attends CPD courses, and still loves her job! Long may it continue.
