Thursday’s class had a great mix of linework, pad work, fitness, games, and patterns — a fun and energetic session all round! ⚡️

It was fantastic to see everyone giving their best effort, especially our newly promoted students who started learning their new patterns for the first time. 👏

The enthusiasm, teamwork, and focus in the dojang were brilliant — keep it up and keep building on those new skills each week! 💪

Our session was all about getting back to the basics of competitive sparring techniques — from movement and timing to distance and control. 👊

Everyone put in great energy and focus as we drilled footwork, combinations, and key strategies to build confidence in sparring. It was brilliant to see students pushing themselves and applying what they’ve learned in practice! ⚡️

We had a great session, focusing on patterns and linework in preparation for the colour belt grading on Sunday 28th September! 👊

Calling all Red Belts, Black Tags, and Black Belts – it’s time to sharpen those skills! 💪

📅 Pre-Grading Session Dates:
🗓 Sunday 28 September & Sunday 12 October
⏰ 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Wycombe High School

⚠️ Important:
If you are planning to grade for Black Tag, Black Belt, or a higher Dan grade, you must attend ALL THREE pre-grading sessions to be eligible to grade.

📅 Grading Date: Sunday 9 November 2025

These sessions are open to everyone at this level – even if you’re not grading this time, they’re a great way to improve your patterns, sparring, and confidence. 👊

Another fantastic session at BTKD Chinnor!💪

Our students focused on:

✅ Padwork syllabus – bringing power and accuracy to every strike
✅ Kicking technique & foot shape – sharpening form and control
✅ Patterns practice – building confidence and perfecting movements

It was brilliant to see everyone working hard and pushing themselves – the energy in the dojang was amazing! 🔥
