🥋 Thursday 9th October Class Recap! 💥

Thursday’s class had a great mix of linework, pad work, fitness, games, and patterns — a fun and energetic session all round! ⚡️

It was fantastic to see everyone giving their best effort, especially our newly promoted students who started learning their new patterns for the first time. 👏

The enthusiasm, teamwork, and focus in the dojang were brilliant — keep it up and keep building on those new skills each week! 💪

🥋 Thursday 2nd October Class Recap! 💥

Our session was all about getting back to the basics of competitive sparring techniques — from movement and timing to distance and control. 👊

Everyone put in great energy and focus as we drilled footwork, combinations, and key strategies to build confidence in sparring. It was brilliant to see students pushing themselves and applying what they’ve learned in practice! ⚡️

Keep up the great work — every session is a step closer to sharper skills and stronger performances! 💪

We had a great session, focusing on patterns and linework in preparation for the colour belt grading on Sunday 28th September! 👊

Everyone worked hard to fine-tune their techniques, sharpen their stances, and build confidence ahead of grading day. It was fantastic to see such focus and determination across all grades – the effort really showed! 💪
