Two hard fought battles today saw us come away with one draw and one loss, only conceding a penalty kick.
Every single Chilli gave their all and should be proud 🌶️
We now have a break from fixtures over the Summer but continue to train ready for next season 💛💙

This Sunday we are taking part in the FA's Women's Walking Football National Cup (over 40's) local qualifiers.
We have two tough fixtures, but we love a challenge! 🌶

Last night we had our first presentation evening 🌶

After a very successful first season together as a team, it was the perfect opportunity to get together and celebrate. Our two team trophies were on display all night ✨

There were the following awards:

⚽ Most Improved - Beth
⚽ Players Player - Ash & Chrystal (tied vote)
⚽ Managers Player - Lauren

Appreciation gifts also went to our coaches John & Steve for all of their time and effort, Jane for washing the bibs every week, Beth for doing the social media and captain Emma for recruiting and leading such a fabulous team 💛💙

It was a warm and sunny friendly festival today at Strode College for the team. A really friendly but competitive set of fixtures saw us come away with 6 wins and a draw. An excellent team effort from the Chillies 🌶️ ⚽️
