Hey guys, so today we absolutely smashed it👌👊💪
100 sparring rounds for charity....done🥊
🙏I would like to sincerely thank everyone that contributed to make today a success.
From donating gifts for the raffle, buying tickets, cooking pizzas, baking and bringing cakes along, making items to sell, helping set up and clean up, joining in with the sparring, and for just being there to help and support.
It means such a lot and im humbled by everyone's kindness and generosity.

The sparring was a great sweat, I think there will be some sore bodies in the morning.....if not already😬

Sharing the mats with you all was a great feeling and to be surrounded by so many kind, determined and supportive people, made me feel so honoured.
You guys are the best👌

Thanks Alison, Darren, laura and kerry for taking care of the tables with Josh and Michelle on the ooni.

They did a count on donations and we hit just short of £2000😲😲

Don't let their faces fool you😃
They might look innocent and angelic but this small team were absolute machines in their black belt fitness test tonight.
Circuits, hundreds of push ups, sit ups and squat thrusts and then bagwork till the end.
We had sweat, pain, tears and even a little bit of sick 😫 but each and every one of these warriors got up, carried on and faced the gruelling test with absolute indomitable spirit.
We couldn't be more proud of you all🙏

On to stage 2 in 2 weeks. Practise, practise and practise some more.
