BSF Gym Chigwell is currently on the lookout for another incredible human to join our coaching team.

Our gym is growing-fast and we need to add to our team.

Sometimes more is less when it comes to building muscle tissue….

Time and time again people misunderstand how important rest is during sets the simple truth , if you have the ability to go from from exercise to another or from set 1 to set 2 the first set wasn’t as challenging as it should be

Strength training is simply about putting you’re body through as muscle intensity during an exercise if this has been achieved you should need the rest of the

You resting in between sets doesn’t mean your behind if anything you’re doing the right thing so keep it up and let’s get strong 💪

Meet Jay one of our lower body training loving members ❤️

Jay has been training at BSF for over a year now and has seen drastic improvements in and outside of the gym

From someone who originally hated the idea of training to now making it a weekly routine to train and improve himself 3-4 times

Manprit has been a member at BSF for over 2 years she wasn’t new to weight training just wanted to push herself that extra bit further and it’s safe to say she has (She can hip thrust over 120 kg 😅)
