One of my favourite things about coaching is watching someone realise:

“Oh… I can actually do this.”

The first proper push-up.
The first 5K run.
The first time lifting heavier weights.

Those moments are magic.

Confidence doesn’t appear out of nowhere. It’s built through doing.

A small thing that makes a big difference: strength training.

Especially for women.

It helps with:
• Bone density
• Injury prevention
• Everyday strength
• Confidence
• Long-term health

And no, lifting weights will not suddenly turn you into a bodybuilder. That myth should’ve been retired a long tim ago 🫠

I’m Elle. I’m a personal trainer, coach, runner, cyclist, indoor cycling instructor… and someone who genuinely loves helping people discover they’re stronger than they think.

I’ve worked with beginners, busy professionals, people returning to exercise, marathon runners, cyclists and people who just want to feel better in their own bodies.

May 2026 dump ✨

The month I got married.
The month I lost my mum.
The month I honeymooned.
The month I planned a funeral.
The month I said goodbye.

If you’d told me a few months ago that all of that would happen within a matter of weeks, I wouldn’t have believed you.

It’s hard to explain how the best and worst moments of your life can exist side by side. One minute you’re celebrating, the next you’re grieving. One minute you’re making memories, the next you’re holding on to them.

I’ve cried more than I thought possible. I’ve laughed when I didn’t think I could. I’ve been carried by family, friends and complete strangers. And somehow, through it all, life has kept moving.

May changed me.

Here’s a little snapshot of the chaos, the love, the heartbreak, the joy, and everything in between.
