So I did this every day on my break. One press up, then one side raise, all the way up to ten and then back down to one. This was done just to maintain over the holiday.

The video goes up to seven and works your arms, core and back

Kettlebell circuit

20 x chest press
20 x squat into shoulder press
20 x clean each side
20 x upright row
20 x kettlebell swing
20 x lunges

Works the entire body. 20kg used💪🏾

Very tough circuit. Really felt the burn but felt good afterwards. Four sets done.

10 x squats into press
10 x Burpees and bicep curls
10 x mountain climbers
20 reverse lunges
20 x squats
10 x Arnold press
10 x press ups with squat thrusts

Busy morning of clients done. Now to enjoy the afternoon with hopefully a Spurs win!
