Julian and John are happy to report that once again we shall be recreating our Selsey Folk & Music Club format at The RAFA Club as part of The Southdowns Music Festival this forthcoming Saturday 12th September, 3pm till 5pm in the main lounge. We’ve been honoured to do this for a number of years now and it’s always great fun! So see you, if you can make it at The RAFA Club Waterloo Square, Bognor Regis PO21 1TE… be early!

Change of plan for Selsey Folk and Music Club this week… So… Wednesdays session will start at 6pm and run until 8pm. This will be a free session in our usual place at The Selsey Club Coxes Road Selsey without a raffle. Depending on how many show will determine how many songs each. Roll up, roll up, to our next gathering on Wednesday(15th) @ The Selsey Club. Coxes Road, Selsey, 6.30pm for 7 pm start. £3 PP entry to the events room, our raffle will be for New Forest For Ukraine as usual. Donations of raffle prizes gratefully accepted. Hi all the bean counters have been counting and a provisional figure for monies collected by all means available for our Music Marathon is hovering just over £2k which is an amazing sum and smashes our £720 for 720 mins target. We are leaving our Just Giving page open for a few more days. We will then confirm the final number that NFFU has actually received from us. Thanks to The Hopp Inn (Sah, Jade and Andy) for hosting our 12 hour Music Marathon in support of displaced families in Ukraine. It sounded like a crazy idea but it worked really well. Our 26 performers entertained us royally keeping to the schedule to the minute! Our 12 hour music marathon at The Hopp Inn starts at 10:30 a.m. today… ok so we put a bent coin in the weather forecast meter but all will be well! Come on down (with a PAC A MAC) …
