Meet Sally 👋

At 67, Sally knew she wanted to improve her strength, posture and overall fitness, but like many people, she was worried about walking into a gym for the first time.

Fast forward to today, and she’s feeling more confident, moving better, and enjoying strength training more than she ever expected.

What makes us most proud isn’t just the physical progress—it’s seeing members like Sally discover what they’re capable of when they’re supported, encouraged and coached in the right environment.

Strength training isn’t just about looking better. It’s about living better.

A recent study involving more than 147,000 people found that just 90–120 minutes of strength training per week was linked to a lower risk of premature death, heart disease, stroke and neurological conditions.

But for us, the biggest takeaway is something we see every day in the gym.

Strength gives you options.

It helps you stay independent, keep up with your grandchildren, enjoy your hobbies, travel with confidence, carry your shopping, climb stairs with ease and continue doing the things you love for years to come.

Meet our new trainers, Wayne and Alex

👋 Hi, I’m Wayne!
My fitness journey started after being diagnosed with kidney failure at 25. During a difficult time, fitness gave me back a sense of control over my health and showed me just how powerful exercise can be. That experience is what inspired me to become a coach. Fitness has given me so much, and I’m passionate about helping others discover what they’re capable of and experience those same benefits for themselves.

I’m excited to be joining the Core Results team, learning from experienced coaches, and helping members build confidence, improve their health, and reach their potential.
I look forward to meeting you all! 💪

What excites me most about joining Core Results is the opportunity to learn, grow, and become the best coach I can be. The environment, the team, and the members make it the perfect place to develop and help others achieve their goals.
My journey into fitness started from a place many people can relate to. There was a time when both my mental and physical health were in a very poor place. Fitness played a huge role in turning that around and completely changed my life.
That experience is what inspired me to become a coach. I know first hand how powerful exercise can be, and now I want to help others build confidence, improve their health, and achieve things they never thought possible.

🎉 13 Years of Core Results 🎉

This week, we’re celebrating 13 years since we first opened our doors.

Looking back through these photos reminds us just how far we’ve come. From our very first members to the community we have today, it’s been an incredible journey filled with hard work, laughter, friendships, challenges, achievements, and thousands of sessions.

What started as a gym has become so much more than that. It’s become a place where people build confidence, improve their health, support one another, and achieve things they never thought possible.

To every member, past and present, thank you for being part of the story. Your trust, commitment and support have helped shape Core Results into what it is today.

Now? She’s lifting weights, enjoying boxing classes, moving better, and feeling stronger than she has in years 💪

After struggling with low energy, poor balance, breathlessness, and a loss of confidence following steroid treatment, Anne decided enough was enough — and she hasn’t looked back since.
