My clients range from 14 -87 years old, I provide my skills to those with Knee and hip replacement, sciatica, back pain, dementia, cancer and much much more.
It’s not for ready fit people, or those that just look good in their kit. It’s for real people, those who want to move, those who want to feel good and live their life enjoying the things they do.

My timetable is busy but there’s always room for more if I can help one more person with my 25 years of teaching, knowledge and intuitive skills.

Want to know the difference between Classical Pilates Reformer and Fitness on the Reformer - learn the Pilates concept, the method, the technique, the history and evolve your physical conditioning and wellbeing using the Reformer and other studio equipment.

🌟This includes the building blocks as a beginner to ensure the class is safe and effective.

Group Reformer Classes on Monday 12pm and 1pm, Weds 10.30am (all apparatus), Thursday 6pm, Friday 9am and 11.15am.

When I teach a new client we start with the basics!

I’ll be looking at the way you move, what your body carries with it, what needs educating so you are the best capsule for you to carry yourself around in and enjoy life.

Footwork on the Refotmer- it’s not just about pushing the carriage out with the heaviest load. It takes time to master. It takes time to slow your body down, breathe, connect your mind and body together and to understand the concept.

This warm up should never be brushed over and rushed over !

Bringing the old to the new!
15 months ago I rolled up this poster and started again.

I will always have my 25 years behind me of helping people heal, make charge of their health and wellbeing, enriching peoples lives by enabling them to introduce new and nourishing experiences, even down to spending time and doing more activities with their grand children.
