Every dancer only gets ONE today was Emilia’s!

She had her very first parent & toddler ballet class today and absolutely loved it. It was so lovely to experience the class as a parent rather than a teacher and enjoy that precious time with her.

A huge thank you to her new teacher, Miss Amy at Amy Williams, for making her first class so lovely. We can’t wait for next week!

A HUGE congratulations to three incredibly talented dancers who have all successfully achieved their RAD Advanced Foundation qualification with very high marks!

Advanced Foundation is recognised at A-Level standard, with successful candidates also gaining UCAS points that can be used alongside their academic qualifications when applying to university.

For students studying A-Levels, taking RAD examinations alongside their academic studies can be a fantastic way to build their UCAS points and, importantly, give them more options when it comes to choosing their university and future pathway.

Emilia is ready for her with Amy Williams, taking part in their Fairy Footsteps ‘Grown Up & Me’ class.

Emilia is still a little too young for our pre-school classes, which start from age 2.5, so it will be lovely to experience ballet with her as a mum rather than as her teacher.

I know she’ll be in very good hands with fellow Royal Academy of Dance qualified teacher, Miss Amy.

We are so proud of pupils Ember and two of our ballet students who recently took part in the Bishop Luffa Sixth Form Tanzania Expedition.

Working alongside the Grassroots Trust, they spent time supporting local communities through practical projects while experiencing Tanzanian culture and gaining important life experience. You may remember Ember selling ballet themed cupcakes on one of our busy Saturday mornings at RBA Dance.

Both Ember and Alex extensively fundraised to enable them to take the trip and we are so proud of them ❤️

A reminder that there are no adult ballet classes on next week as Chichester City Arts Centre will be closed for annual maintenance. Our beginner class will break for the summer holidays and resume September 10th.
